What to do in Farmington/Farmington Hills this Week (10/20/14): Flamingo Incident, Three Men and a Tenor, and Spooky Fun

Check out some of the great arts & cultural Riley Park in Farmingtonevents to look forward to in the Farmington/Farmington Hills community this week:

Thursday, October 23rd, at 7:00 pm: The Flamingo Incident, featuring the School of Rock and Twisted Root Revival rocking out against breast cancer. At the Farmington Masonic Lodge.

Thursday, October 23rd, at 8:30 pm: Swing Farmington takes over the Pavilion in downtown Farmington.

Friday, October 24th, at 7:00 pm: A Toast to Education to benefit the Farmington/Farmington Hills Education Foundation and the students of the Farmington Public Schools. At the Farmington Hills Manor, 23666 Orchard Lake Road.

Saturday, October 25th, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm: Farmington Farmers & Artisans Market, at the Walter E. Sundquist Pavilion in George F. Riley Park.

Saturday, October 25th, from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm: Halloween Fun Day in downtown Farmington as merchants put on the scary with a free movie, downtown trick-or-treating, plus facepainting and pumpkin decorating at the Farmers Market.

Saturday, October 25th, at 7:30 pm: Three Men and a Tenor, talented vocalists performing favorite oldies and original pieces with their own brand of antics, choreography, and harmonies perform at the Players Barn, at 32332 Twelve Mile Road.  

SpooktacularSunday, October 26th, at 3:00 pm: The FCB Concert Band presents Spooktacular XXIX at the Harrison High School auditorium, at 29995 W. 12 Mile Road.

Now through December 22nd: Light is my Voice: Images, Legends, and Abstractions, an exhibit of photography by Todd Weinstein. At the Holocaust Memorial Center, 28123 Orchard Lake Rd.
