New Logo and Other Changes at the Farmington Art Foundation

It’s a time of change at the almost 50-year-old Farmington Art Foundation: New

committees have been formed to focus on fundraising, publicity, student scholarships and the web site.

“We are seeking to increase our membership this year, also,” said Pat Langner, president of the Foundation. “We are welcoming new member artists right now and those interested in art.”

To reflect new leadership and other changes, members held a contest for a new logo. Linda Pelowski, of Farmington Hills, won with her sleek logo design.

The Farmington Art Foundation exists to stimulate an active interest in the creative arts through lectures, workshops, demonstrations, critiques, outdoor painting and exhibits that bring art to the community.
