Get Your Kicks in F2H This Week! (7.1.19)

There’s always a lot of great arts and cultural events in the Farmington/Hills community and this week is no exception.

Here are KickstART farmington’s recommendations for the week of July 1st:

  • Enjoy art by Debbie Lim, exhibiting a collection of her colored pencil drawings that relate to the Chinese philosophy of Feng Shui at the Costick Center Gallery through July 5, open weekdays.
  • Lunch Beats in Riley Park, featuring Mark Reitenga, who performs with a “welcome to my living room” attitude and musical storytelling style as he delivers a large variety of popular songs from the likes of America, The Beatles, Paul Simon and Van Morrison. July 3rd at noon in Riley Park
  • Happy 4th of July! Enjoy a parade and fun with family and friends!
  • Catch Major Dudes at Rhythms in Riley Park, with their tight arrangements, sizzling solos, and strong vocals that capture the challenging melodies and harmonies of Steely Dan’s classic music. July 5th at 7:00 pm in Riley Park
  • Grab a movie and popcorn at the Farmington Civic Theater. This week’s schedule (Monday-Thursday) includes Dark Phoenix, Late Night, and Pokemon: Detective Pikachu.
